It's a busy week this week with masses of new products!

Imperial Roman and Pike and Shotte Starter Armies (£50). Following the success of our Roman Week, we have had a restock of Warlord Games figures. We now have both Imperial Roman and Pike and Shotte Starter Armies which are both amazing value for money and a great way to get into either Ancients or English Civil War gaming.

Roman Week

Thursday, 13 May, will see local Military Historian Mike Ingram giving a talk at The Games Vault on Roman tactics, weapons and logistics. Starting at 7pm and running for 2 – 2.5 hours this is going to be a great prelude to our Roman Demo on the Saturday, 15 May. Please can anyone who intends to come please call or e-mail so that we have some idea of numbers

Then...

Saturday 15th May: Civil War! Come and see two Roman Legions Clash in bitter civil war! This 28mm Ancients participation demo is being run by the Warwickshire Gamers Club. Using a set of accessible rules, this is a great chance to have a look at some fantastic 28mm figures and have a try at ancients wargaming.

It's a great time to start playing as we have some amazing new ranges at very good prices and several great rulesets. We will also have in stock the new Roman Army Starter sets from Warlord Games. These £50 sets give players over £100-worth of figures! Free Warlord Games Roman Legionaries will be given out on the day.

The demo begins at 11am and is totally free!

Fantastic Magic News

The Games Vault has recently had its status as an Advanced Level Store confirmed! This means that we now have access to bigger and better events!

Some of the events that we can offer include

• officially sanctioned Game Day events, starting with the Rise of the Eldrazi World Game Day on Saturday, 22 May
• Two pre-release days per set
• Eligibility to apply for Pro Tour Qualifiers
• Grand Prix Trials
