Hi everyone,

A bit of a curious one this. Until recently, I could access the GV site via the browser on the Nintendo Wii. On attempting it now, the console just hangs up with the busy icon and doesn't load anything. Anybody any ideas about what causes this and if there's a fix? Just it was useful to be able to read forum stuff on the TV rather than having to fire up a PC.

Nothing has been changed in recent days (or weeks in fact) so I'm not sure why this behaviour has suddenly started. Have you had any recent software update via the Wii itself?

Thanks for the info. Yes, I recently downloaded the update for the Wii that allows the downloaded games to play from the SD card. I get the impression it was a fair sized update to the OS, so there may have been some background changes to memory management as well. This may be what's causing the problem.
